Hi-Wire - Cherry Chocolate Stout

In collaboration with our buddies down the French Broad River here in Asheville, we concocted a delicious and boozy stout brewed with TONS of sweet cherry and Dominican Republic cacao nibs which lend notes of fig and citrus. We find it pretty dry and drinkable for such a decadent treat. No lactose!
