Made with a blend of Hendersonville, N.C. apples and a touch of malt, our house Cider Beer features aromas of fresh-pressed apple juice with subtle apricot notes that fall into flavors reminiscent of Sauv Blanc white wine. A light addition of malt creates the perfect balance of sweet and dry in this honey-hued cider beer.
