Hi-Wire - Coffee Two Ways Porter

This “experiment” in brewing challenged the notion that a porter had to contain black malt. In this exploration, we removed the dark malt and replaced it with a custom roast from High Noon Coffee of Asheville, NC. Heavy roast character reminiscent of Café Bustelo, home-baked bread, and dark chocolate flavors finish dry in this porter.
