Hi-Wire - Distillers Steam Beer - Batch II

Inspired by our good friends at Sierra Nevada, the grain from this recipe was modeled after what you would create for a bourbon mash. Steam ales, or California Commons, are lagers fermented warm lending a delicate yet effervescent quality to the beer. This, our second batch of this beer, drinks super dry like a lager with some pleasant rye spice notes coming through.
