Beer description
Our specialty brewer’s love affair with classic English-style ales aged on oak continues with this limited release. This one came to life after 13 months in our foeder before being aged a few months longer on oak chips to bring out complex notes of vanilla, baking spice, macadamia nuts, and almonds. One month bottle conditioning makes this fully matured sour ale the perfect companion for these cooler spring nights spent around the fire pit.
