Made with a blend of Hendersonville, N.C. apples, we are pretty excited about how our first batch of hard apple cider turned out. Aromas of fresh-pressed apple juice with subtle apricot notes fall effortlessly into flavors of Sauv Blanc white wine with the perfect balance of sweetness and dryness in this honey-hued cider.
