Spontaneous, sour
Fermentation
Beer description
This is the first in a sour beer series inspired by the work of German-born artist and educator Josef Albers who was head of Black Mountain College's art program from 1933-1949. Albers asserted that color "is almost never seen as it really is" and is "best studied via experience." Could the same be said for taste? Exploring the relationship between sight and taste, Interaction of Color features sprightly fruited sours in 4-packs of 12oz clear bottles that allow the liquid's vibrant color to shine
