Hi-Wire - Koji Sour

We made this collab with Ethereal Brewing and The Void Sake from Lexington, KY, and Ben’s American Sake in AVL. Utilizing citric acid-producing koji this beer produces a wide variety of tropical, orange, lemon, and lime flavors and aromas with a very unique acidic punch.
