Hi-Wire - Mostly Brett On Fernet

This limited draft only “table beer” split time in a stainless tank and an Eda Ryne Fernet barrel during fermentation. A pronounced bitterness and a slight acidity are balanced by notes of star anise, dark berry, and a phenolic funk from house brettanomyces.
