Hi-Wire - Staff Series V.IV: Peanut Dark Lager

Our incredible staff is what makes Hi-Wire special. To show appreciation for all they do, we have kicked off a program to allow members from all departments the chance to create a recipe and brew it at our specialty brewery in downtown Asheville. For the fourth beer in the Staff Series they brewed a dark as can be lager that was cold-conditioned with peanuts and cacao nibs. Crisp and smooth, this beer is full of peanut butter chocolate cup candy aromas creating a very interesting experience in the world of lagers.
