Our incredible staff is what makes Hi-Wire special. To show appreciation for all they do, we have kicked off a program to allow members from all departments the chance to create a recipe and brew it at our specialty brewery in downtown Asheville. For the second beer in the Staff Series they went with an Amaro Lager brewed with 15 different botanicals. This beer is earthy and herbal with notes of marjoram and anise mixed with cinnamon and vanilla. Subtle notes of ginger bread and green tea are also present in this experimental lager that finishes dry.
