Southern Cross is named for something special here in Hawaii, the tradition and great skills of the Polynesian Seafarers. Southern Cross is a one of a kind Belgian Style Double Brewed Red Ale. Brewed with a Belgian yeast strain and large amount of specialty malts & hops. Big caramel maltiness & light toffee are accented with a subtle citrus character.
