Beer description

Light yellow and finely hopped Pilsner beer, sparkling and light in taste. Delicately tart hopping thanks to Hallertau Tradition and Mandarina Bavaria. Subtle malt notes from Pilsner malt, caramel malts, and sour malt. Excellent support from soft Hirschau brewing water. Bottom-fermented maturation over eight weeks in horizontal fermentation and storage tanks.

Aroma: Malz, Blumen, kräuterige Hopfennoten. Geschmack: Zunächst etwas malzige Süße, minimale Fruchtigkeit und florale Anklänge. Im Abgang dumpfe, hopfige Bitterkeit.
