The Hirter herb shandy is completely dedicated to the natural taste of home! It consists of equal parts of our award-winning Hirter Vollbier and our refreshing herbal lemonade, the composition of which remains our secret! However, this much can be revealed: In addition to Alpine gentian and sage, the local elderberry plays a particularly important role in the delicious recipe. Coriander and even ginger, which is known to have an aphrodisiac effect, provide a further flavor accent!
