Brewed according to old Bohemian recipes and stored for a particularly long time, the Hirter Privat Pils differs in taste from the typical North German Pils and convinces as a GMO-free, unpasteurized and therefore completely natural beer specialty. The Hirter Privat Pils is very highly fermented and thus gains that slenderness that beer lovers often describe as "semi-dry".
