Produced for friends at CT Boucherie, this Oat Lager is super light, made with Maris Otter malt and French hops. Its lightness is reinforced by its soft body, guaranteed by the presence of oats in the recipe, and the combination of one of the best malts we have ever used with the soft aroma of hops gave the beer the personality it needed.
