That same coffee created in partnership with Dude, with a blend of Bourbon and Yellow Catuaí, entered at the end of maturation to balance its biscuit and caramel aromas with the citrus profile of Strata hops. The two come together very well in the 1st sensory layer, also combining the weights between sweetness and bitterness, which are carried by its traditional soft body of Hazy IPAs.
