Hocus Pocus Mordamir

Mordamir is a dense, heavy and alcoholic Barleywine, with a lot of residual sugar that is caramelized in the longest boil we have ever made among all our beers. This boil creates completely new and unexpected aromas like shades of maple, coffee, and caramel. The addition of a cinnamon and vanilla syrup transforms this beer into the deconstruction of french toast, faithfully representing the essence of this dessert.
