Making a really good Lager is a huge challenge: any flaw, however small, becomes obvious. Another challenge is to make a lager that surprises the taste buds of the most demanding beer geeks.Pandora is a relatively dry Helles, with a predominant malt aroma and flavor, and high drinkability. It marks the beginning of a phase in which we will experiment with styles that we have not ventured before, always trying to highlight its best features.
