The Kaiser Ruperti is an unfiltered amber Märzen that celebrates the 550-year-old brewing tradition of Hofbräu Kaltenhausen and is named in honor of the patron saint of Salzburg. This anniversary edition reveals caramel and honey notes on the nose and is full-bodied on the palate with a subtle hop bitterness. The Kaiser Ruperti pairs well with chicken or pork, hearty stews, but also with desserts such as apple cake and caramel pudding.
