The "Bergbier" is a light, slim festival beer brewed for the 5th season (Bergkirchweih) in Erlangen. The extremely rounded taste is created by three local hop varieties paired with a pleasant effervescence, which, when combined with a "cream foam dream", results in a successful beer.
