L'Ermitage - Holy Chili

Black sour café cerise After putting on a number of different outfits, we decided to give this short-lived beer a definitive costume, making it an official seasonal (because we love it so much). A light, dark sour fermented with cherries, then cold-infused with Ethiopian coffee from Corica. Full-bodied, fruity and long-lasting, but still very drinkable.
