Holy Goat - Blood Orange Crusher

Brewed with locally grown Scottish malts and fermented with our house Brettanomyces blend notable for its citrus and stone fruit characteristics. After a three-month primary fermentation this beer was refermented and conditioned with the juice and zest of winter harvest Moro blood oranges grown organically at Azienda Agricola Fausto Quintieri in Calabria, Italy. We hand processed over 100kg of blood oranges, received fresh directly from the farmer. The juice has lent a light reddish hue to the beer, whilst the zest and juice provide bright zippy citrus aromatics. Artwork by Jimbob Isaac
