Holy Goat - Rogue Planet

Honduran Coffee Stout. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at The Source Coffee Roasters, Rogue Planet was mashed with an array of roasted and crystal malts designed to complement the flavours of our chosen coffee. We cold conditioned this beer with 25kg of natural process Honduran coffee beans, produced by Maria Martinez at Las Cositas situated in the Agua Caliente area of Corquin, Copan. Showcasing flavours of caramel, milk chocolate and subtle fruity undertones, which meld seamlessly into this export strength stout.
