Holy Goat - Guava Cannon

Golden Sour with Pink Guava. Brewed with local Scottish malts and fermented with our house Brettanomyces blend notable for its citrus and tropical fruit characteristics. After a three-month primary fermentation this beer was refermented and conditioned with around 250g/l pink guava for another month. We spunded this beer in tank trapping all the aromatics from the fruit refermentation.
