Honey-colored, with amber effects. In addition to wheat malt and barley malt, various specialty malts are also used. Mild hopping with pearl and sapphire. The top-fermenting yeast and the slightly higher temperatures during fermentation give this beer its typically fruity aroma of ripe bananas and melon, coupled with a slight hint of clove. The typically mild acidity gives the wheat beer its refreshing character. Creamy, stable foam. Pleasantly tangy, moussing and yet mild and round on the tongue.
