The terroir of the desert is on high display in this mysterious prickly pear mead. There is truly nothing like it...Anywhere. The hue, the bouquet, the flavor is so unique, that the complex nature of Honey Super Highway will at first seem quite alien to your palate. But after 3 sips it evolves into a thing of beauty and once the bottle is emptied an immediate and profound sense of longing emerges.
