Forager - Honeyberry Pie

Honeyberry Pie is a fruited bier de coupage. We took a portion of mixed culture saison and blended it onto second use honeyberries and spontaneous lambic. A short contact time with the fruit allowed for a gentle pick up of flavors similar to blackberries, blueberries and red raspberries. Honeyberry Pie was bottle conditioned with Minnesota wildflower honey until its release. Enjoy this lively ale on a picnic table while playing cards
