Hoof Hearted Brewing - Drop the Fries

Pours a very hazy gold, a little on the dull side, with a small white head that settles into a ring and some small patches of film. Notes of sweet and doughy malts, vanilla, cream, chocolate, light peppery spice, stone fruits, pineapple, citrus, light floral resin, and a dash of pine. Medium-bodied, with modest carbonation and a sweet, fruity, resinous, balanced mouthfeel with faint bitterness. Very good.
