Hoof Hearted Plutonium Nybörg

Pours a deep, dark, hazy chocolate brown with a finger of frothy beige head that takes forever to settle, or never does, really, lacing the glass all the way down. Notes of earthy funk, citrus zest, chocolate, mild roast, muddled stone fruits, some florals, and subtle smoke. Medium-plus bodied, with medium soft carbonation and a bitter, earthy, funky, smooth mouthfeel.
