Taiphoon has a complex recipe involving maize and barley malts infused with two English and three Continental hop varieties, which give this pale, thirst-quenching ale a distinctly hoppy yet flowery palate. The addition of coriander and lemongrass give a zing to the fl avour, which makes this beer the ideal accompaniment to spicy dishes.
