BlackStack - Hop Circles: Exhibit M

The second installment in our Unidentified DIPA series of collabs with our buds @yakimchief who've been experimenting with blending hops to achieve flavors & aromas of specific fruits & were kind enough to let us play with some super, extra, top secret new experimental blends. For this version, we let the Mango Trial Blend get friendly with our favorite IPA yeast during primary fermentation, kept the malt bill relatively simple & sprinkled in some more of our hand selected Mosaic to highlight the differences between the blends. No fruit was harmed in the making of this beverage.
