IPA hopped mainly with turbo aromatic Australian Galaxy hops, “seasoned” with American Citra and New Zealand Nelson Sauvin. American Centennial landed in the boiler but the bitterness is low! And aromas of tropical fruits, citrus or grapes can be felt a mile away.
