Beer description
Time for a new tone. And a new color.
BURN THE ASHES
We dared to create a Red IPA. Heavily hopped with a blend of old and new varieties - Amarillo, Centennial, Talus, and Strata - both in the cold fermentation process and after the fiery, bubbly fermentation. Minimal caramel notes - we don't want too much of that sweetness, just a nice, toasty safety net before the onslaught of pine resin, grass, tangerine, and grapefruit peel.
Bitter, confident, with the robustness of the Old-School West Coast, but also some extra fruity, modern accents. Something we hope will be remembered.
Hops
Amarillo aromatic hop, Talus, Strata, Centennial aromatic hop
Fruchtig, Zitrus, Grapefruit, harzig. Bitter im Geschmack.
