Hop Hooligans - Cirkucbajer

As we are currently riding a smoothie wave - a pretty crazy one - CIRKUSBAJER - of course in collaboration with the Danish label Stepping Stone. This time we are back with ice cream antics, in a tropical style and in beautiful purple: We mix dragon fruit (both as puree and soft serve) with spicy guava and passion fruit, gently on a peach-colored base, spiced up with some Yuzu ice cream powder. That was quite a lot of juggling, but we are professionals - we didn't drop anything, promised. Maybe go on a wild journey. Come to the circus!
