ECHOES OF THE STREET - this is the result when a cultural NGO meets the team of a craft beer bar in the wonderfully chaotic city of Bucharest. The beer was first brewed in 2023 during the third season of Teatrul Improbabil and now returns for the fifth anniversary of IOTA - the NGO that has taken "berea de dupa" to a new level. Some things change. The stories remain. The beer taps bring us closer together again. This reinterpreted version from 2026 plays with some juicy new hop varieties - Galaxy, Nectaron and Citra Cryo - which harmonize a funky, intense tropical profile with ripe white peaches and a pronounced, green and bitter hop finish.
