In the search for the perfect crispy beer, the brewing science has made tremendous leaps of astronomical proportions and definitely not wasted time only inventing new styles. I said "leaps", not "rounds". So don't ignore it, but relax with an ice-cold pint of cold-extracted, heavily hopped Cold IPA. Leave the science to the nerds. Stay frosty!
