This next light sour beer has been in development for years and was finally perfected with the help of the great Tetrapod brewery from Bulgaria, far beyond the Friendship Bridge. GINCIDENT is a 4% sour ale inspired by Gin Tonic, which is even easier to drink compared to the original long drink. Enhanced with blood orange and grapefruit for a pleasant twist, and enriched with juniper berries and a homemade cinchona bark extract for a dry, bitter, and crisp finish. Absolutely spot on. You can even serve it on ice.
