Hop Hooligans - Golden God

Inspired by a mixture of Eastern European and Balkan "Daddy" energy and thanks to the tireless efforts of the amazing Genys Brewing, we have brought THE GOLDEN GOD back into the light. It is a modern, fresh new DDH Westcoast Pilsner that plays with an impressive hop profile. We added plenty of fruity Pacific Sunrise and Superdelic hops in the whirlpool to achieve a beautiful hint of lemon and lime peel as well as a crisp, peppery spice, and then spiced it up on the cold side with Strata and Peacherine - which brings out strong notes of funky passion fruit, fluffy white peach, cantaloupe melon, and overripe papaya. It is juicy and tropical, yet bitter enough and spritzy, with a body that is ironically light for the massive flavors it carries. And it carries them majestically. Truly a sight not to be missed.
