Hop Hooligans - Gothic Noir

The collaboration with the French powerhouse @lesintenablescraftbeer is finally out! 🙌 We went in a rather mysterious direction, but far from being gloomy - a super-hopped up Black DIPA. 🥦🥦 GOTHIC NOIR is all about contrast, ironically. Pitch black, with soft roasted malts and subtle notes of ashy espresso, cocoa powder, spikes of citrus and resins from a hefty Simcoe and Mosaic hot side addition - and then the surprise twist from a super-fruity, bright and tropical dry hop charge - Azacca, Eclipse and Citra. 🤯 Works well with faded out
