We continue to try to defy this heatwave with refreshing, easy-drinking sour ales. The next beer is inspired by Mihai, one of our brewers, and his love for adventurous hikes. "IMPOSSIBLE MOUNTAIN" combines elements from the plains, the peaks, and everything in between - fragrant, intense lavender, a special, exotic wild cherry tea, and wildflower honey for a pleasantly sweet aftertaste that balances out the sour, refreshing note of the whole.
