Hop Hooligans - Into The Pale

This is no simple haze. Step forward INTO THE PALE. It's a brand new DDH DIPA in which we aimed for a clean, bright and light opacity, with a hop profile to match its mysterious malt bill. Whirlpooled solely with HBC 1019 for a nice caramel cream, peach sorbet, custard-like vibe, working as an elegant an unsuspecting canvas for a sharp and fruity dry-hopping combo: Talus, Amarillo and Galaxy. Fleshy, juicy maracuja and papaya shine just before a sharp barrage of spicy tangerine zest, crunchy herbs, kiwi seeds and bitter potpourri. It's one of our most complex DIPAs to date, bright as a beacon.
