Beer description
Let's first clarify something: it's called KVEIK, NOT QUACK. No misunderstandings. No quacking.
The second batch of this hoppy beast is as dry and crisp as the first, but slightly more subdued and fluffier thanks to a large amount of oats and spelt malt. It calls for a fresh hop combination, and we can't deny that – Idaho 7, Krush, Motueka, Strata. All of this brings a lot of pineapple shine, a lot of exotic, fleshy citrus fruits, and a green, sharp kick that fits perfectly.
Hops
Idaho 7 aromatic hop, HBC 586, Motueka aromatic hop, Strata
