This new ice cream smoothie sour is... well, pretty lovely. 🫶 It's about ingredients perfectly intertwined, sort of like... feelings? A marriage of flavours, really. MELISSA & SAMBUCUS is kind of a love story. It starts with lemon balm and elderflower tea, bit zingy, bit sweet, pungent and nostalgic. It goes through a rowdy, fruity, chunky middle, consolidated with a lot of blueberry and elderberry puree, then it gets crowned with sweet, creamy elderberry and blueberry soft serve ice cream, with a zesty drizzle of lemon, too. There's no sad ending here. Better said, there's no ending in sight. It's all about the moment, and we hope it never goes away.
