Some pretentiously mango-blueberry-forward hops from The Hops Company have blessed this one on the hot side and in an appropriately generous dry hop charge. Pulpy tropical fruit, nice and ripe and mushy, with minimal dankness and solid, sometimes unexpected berries shining through, with soft notes of gummy bears. 🫐🥭 Mosaic ain't going anywhere. 🎨
