Hop Hooligans - Moonlight Sonata

We have a new variety of hops to try out – Luna. And we have tested it together with Luminosa hops in a new DDH Double NEIPA – MOONLIGHT SONATA. With a gentle base of Citra Cryo during boiling, allowing everything else to come through in the dry-hopping, it rises to the sky with notes of peach chewing gum, overripe papaya, juicy mango, and overripe mandarin. It starts mild and soothing, and peaks in a thunderous fireworks of fruity delights. Appropriate.
