We're taking a new yeast for a spin - the generous Pomona from Lallemand Brewing.
NURTURE is a DDH NEIPA that's got a perfectly curated hop combo for the juiciest of results - with a hefty charge of HBC630 at whirlpool, then pairing zesty-floral Talus with peachy Nectaron and Muscat-forward Nelson Sauvin for a big, big dry hopping treatment.
The yeast amplifies the fruitiness, with deeper notes of white peach and other orchard stone fruit, slightly musty yellow berries and masking the soft NZ-hop herbal vibe that usually comes with this territory.
A little bit of tender love and care can take you far.
