PARASOMNIA is a heavy one. We pushed it as high and thick as 44 plato, landing on a mesmerising 17% ABV, giving it more than one year to mellow out and enhance its aromatics on different barrels. A heavy sleeper, yet still whispering dark hymns through the darkness. Maybe the first time someone used terpenes in a stout? we didn't check. but the oily blueberry and herbal notes from the Abstrax Blue Dream blend marries perfectly with the slick maple sweetness and dark spices
