Hop Hooligans - Parasomnia: Maple Syrup BA Vanilla (2025)

PARASOMNIA is a heavy one. We pushed it as high and thick as 44 plato, landing on a mesmerising 17% ABV, giving it more than one year to mellow out and enhance its aromatics on different barrels. A heavy sleeper, yet still whispering dark hymns through the darkness. Drenched with rich, residual, nutty maple syrup, glazed with notes of condensed honey and resins, with fancy vanilla beans sweetening the deal even further.
