The ice cream truck keeps on… trucking.🍦😵‍💫🍦 PEARFECT PEARING is not just an exercise in puns, but also a crime against conventional sour ales. 🔪 For this heavily fruited 6% ice cream offering we went with TONS of pear purée, then topped it up with fancy pear and ginger ice cream powder. 🍐🫚🍐🫚 Sweet and sticky, but not too jammy, with a nice prickly edge from the ginger, but none of the heat. Match made in (some kind of) Heaven.👌 Store cold (please?) and drink fresh, preferably with a big straw. 🥶 Yummy stuff by @dianabarbu.illustration P.S.: No lactose, all vegan ice cream.
